Insurance

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please bring your insurance identification cards with you and present them to the Registration Interviewer and we will gladly file your insurance as a service to you. You are responsible for all charges not covered by your policies. You should verify that your insurance plan covers "free standing ambulatory facilities" and that our Center is in your plan.

Payments

The Registration Interviewer will discuss any necessary terms of payment. You may be asked to pay a deposit prior to your surgery. This deposit is based on your deductible, co-pay, and any non-covered charges, and in no way reflects on your integrity or ability to pay. We accept checks, cash, Master Card, Visa, and money orders as payment for services rendered.

Charges

The bill from our Center includes the cost of the facility and staff for pre-op, operating room, recovery room, as well as medication, medical and surgical supplies. You will receive separate statements from our surgeon, pathologist, radiologist, anesthesiologist, and pre-admission testing facility (if applicable).
